Milton

Welcome to Milton

A serene, rural community with a thriving downtown

Private neighborhoods and serene green spaces abound in Milton. While it’s a thriving city with a large array of shops and restaurants, it also maintains a rural, small-town feeling. Traffic is always light, and the residential areas are serene. You’ll feel connected to your neighbors and supported by the community in this delightful area.

Though the area has been an agricultural center and rural residential area for decades, the city of Milton didn’t officially exist until 2006, when the residents voted to create the town out of the unincorporated part of Fulton County. Since then, it has grown and prospered while still maintaining its peaceful, small-town charm.

Milton is extremely popular for those seeking the luxurious southern dream. Along its small country roads, there are many private communities and luxurious estates. Properties here are spacious and serene, and the notable lack of traffic congestion means that you’re never far away from Milton’s many amenities.
